Welcome to our website! As we have the ability to list several hundred items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 530-742-5101 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

About McNally Appliances

Premiering as Triangle Refrigeration in 1932, McNally’s has built a solid reputation as the Yuba-Sutter area’s ‘home town’ appliance sales, repair and parts provider. The slogan, “We service what we sell!” carries with it the promise of customer service; from the point of sale, to the offer of replacement, all the way to in-home repair.

Also known as Mac’s Parts & Service, we repair most major brand appliances and also provide manufacture warranty service for the brands that we sell.

Simply, our technicians are committed to solving your appliance issues. We are a family-oriented business that long abides by the philosophy of “whatever it takes” to service you, our customer.

Our History

Harold S. “Mac” McNally Sr. and his wife Jeanette had gone to Seattle during the depression to work for Frigidaire. In 1932, with two friends, Mac opened the doors of Triangle Refrigeration in Marysville, California, committed to the repair and installation of domestic and commercial refrigeration. Within a year one partner had left, and six years later Mac became the sole owner. Nine years later he opened the doors of his own building.

After graduating from Yuba City High School, Hal S. McNally Jr. continued his education at the University of California, Berkley. He returned in 1952 to make a career in the family business. Mac was doing mostly commercial work when Hal came on board; they then switched to more retail — thus the name McNally Appliance was born. In the 1950s, McNally Appliance prospered in the retail business and slowly phased out commercial, continuing to serve residential service accounts.

In 1969 Mac retired, turning the business over to his son. Yolanda, Hal’s wife, became business manager, Hal’s son Steve (‘Chip’) joined the family business full-time. Another son, Joe, worked summers while attending Yuba College. In 1995 a second location opened in Yuba City, to better serve the Twin Cities.

Marysville and Yuba City were not growing as rapidly as some Northern California communities. The freeway and what was known as the commercial ‘hub’ at the northern end of the valley, pulled business away from the area. Even so, with financing available, McNally Appliances maintained. McNally Appliance has been synonymous with fair and honest dealing with the communities of Marysville and Yuba City for over 80 years.

Family involvement carries through to today. Even in a tight economy, McNally Appliance is successful. Nationwide marketing Group, a billion dollar buying power, is in the hands of McNally Appliance. It enables us to meet customer needs immediately and at very competitive pricing. Excellent customer service and having a knowledgeable sales staff will allow McNally Appliance to continue for the next 80 years.
