This is my second (identical) Whirlpool stove ... my first one lasted me 28 years. I also own the Whirlpool Refrigerator and Microwave! I did not even consider looking at another brand/model because I was very happy with my past experience.

Burners over heat (red hot), and wouldn't reduce in heat unless turned off. Control panel replaced once and now experiencing the same issue again. The stove is not functional with the current error codes. Dilemma: replace like-new stove or call Whirlpool technician again

My daughter and I have had this stove since Nov 2018. We love everything about it except for the fact that you can't lift the front up, to clean under the burners.

Takes forever to get a pan of water to boil. Per the instruction manual, this is a "safety" feature. Is there any way to bypass this?

I got this range as a replacement for an older model. It is nice. Seems to take longer to heat up than my older range. The other day when I was using the oven, I closed the door and noticed the oven light on. I hadn™™t remembered that I had turn it on and pressed the oven light button. The light would not go off. Then I had to push the door against the unit for the light to go off. Not sure this is normal. Never experienced this on any model before in my entire life. Also seems to emit more heat into the room than I had expected. Otherwise it seems to be working fine.

Came w/home I purchased thru Habitat for Humanity. Only thing I dont like is that there are too many nooks and crannies and crevices that make it hard to keep the stove top clean.

I am very happy with the Whirlpool brand. I like the digital up/down control adjystments, the clock, oven settings, as well the hood range. This is a very nice appliance, I am truly satisfied and wull reccomend ti famuly and friends.

We bought this 2 years ago. After 1 year the paint on the panel started chipping off. It was not properly sealed, it is still shiny under the chipped off paint...needs to be dull in order for paint to stick to it. Whirlpool did replace with another panel but within the year, it happened again! They replaced the panel now the lights where the time is fade out at end of each minute. Not good quality at all...very disappointed!!

We purchased this model in October 2019. In August of 2021 while using the oven the oven control panel malfunctioned. When trying to bake something the broiler came on instead and rose to a very high heat. The service technician estimated a $500-600 repair bill in addition to the service call. A range of this price should not fail this soon.
Until this point we were mostly satisfied.

This appliance was included in my newly built home. I am used to dials rather than buttons so that's a "fancy feature" as far as I'm concerned. (I know some people with kids or pets prefer removable dials to prevent accidents.) I have no complaints as it has been operating well for the past year. :)

I have had this installed for about a month. Sometimes heat is too hot on 5 and boiling away and then I turn it on 4 and it doesn't even simmer...just sits there. I don't know if I am going to be able to deal with this. I bought this stove to use for canning and it may not work for that. Can't figure out why the round metal pieces are in the middle either. They push in and are already all stained...there must be a purpose for them.

This is a brand new stove. If I try to cook anything, they start cooling down, and the coils in the rangetops don't all heat at the same time. Very frustrating. It takes 30 minutes to cook a hamburger patty. I have to go buy a single electric range to cook anything, I guess. The oven works.

I bought this believing it was a drop-in when in fact it is a slide-in. Drop-ins are apparently very rare, anymore. Love the features. Not wild about the timer. Above one minute you cannot select seconds.

I received this Whirlpool stove range, two weeks ago, and have had nothing but headaches, ever since. I called the manufacturer and they were of absolutely, no help, whatsoever! They wouldn't stand behind their product, at all. All four burners never reached a boiling point and the oven cooked everything mushy. The technician they sent, saw it first hand, and called it a lemon. Yet, the firm said it was in perfect condition and would not do a thing! They would not stand by it! I would never buy a Whirlpool product again, with the way they handled this situation and left me in limbo. It was a terribly, disappointing product and the manufacturer is corrupt. Think twice before you buy a Whirlpool.

We bought this online and picked it up and installed it ourselves. Neither was difficult. The dimensions were as advertised. The oven and burners work as expected. I am not fond of the front design. It sticks out about 5 inches more than my previous. I found it to be uncomfortable when stirring a pot of fudge at Christmas. I am concerned that once canning and jam making season start I will be even more uncomfortable. The oven light has also stopped working about 3 weeks after purchase. My last complaint is the bottom drawer. It feels very flimsy and is very shallow compared to other ranges that I have owned. My options were limited due to the odd size of my island so I may have choosen this model regardless.

Have had the range for about 10 days now, and am very pleased with it. Burners heat up much faster than my previous range (glass top) also cool faster when I turn down the heat. And the electronic controls are very intuitive to use, and they have used colors (blue & red) very effectively to make it clear which elements (if any) are in use or hot. Would recommend this range to anyone who doesn't feel they need all the bells & whistles.
